How to Use Essential Oils for Premenstrual Syndrome and Menstrual Cramps

    Thank you for this information. I personally have been using Clary Sage for my PMS symptoms and it’s been helping, especially with my sleep. But I’ve been wanting to add others to find something that works all around for my cramps. So I’ll definitely be trying some of these other essential oils and blends.
